Dott. Mauro Sebastianelli is a Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and founding partner of Trapanese – Sebastianelli & Partners.
With over twenty years of experience, he assists corporations, groups, and entities in extraordinary transactions, including M&A, corporate reorganizations, and generational transitions.
His approach is multidisciplinary and value-driven, underpinned by strong expertise in international taxation and corporate governance. He also serves as Chair of Boards of Statutory Auditors and as Statutory Auditor.
Alongside his advisory work, he is actively engaged in education and professional dissemination:
